E. The bullete in the 4 live rounds are of the same call-

bre as Exhibit A. The 4 live rounde and the spent shell

Exhibit D. I see Exhibit B.1-2-3-4

all fit the revolver

The hole in each of these clothes might have quite possibly

such been caused by a bullet as Exhibit A. I see the char

-red mark on Exhibit B.1. This mark could have been caus-

ed by the discharge of a revolver at close range

kong & Shanghai Bank. About 11.45 a.m. on February 24th.

I was in the Bank. I saw a crowd of man running up Wardley

Street. I went out into Des Voeux Road. On information

supplied me by a ricksha coolie I went across to the Bank

Garden on the Borth side of Des Voeux Road. I saw a reval- ver lying inside the Garden near to the Des Voeux Road æld Wardley Street corner, about 2 feet from the Des Voeux Road
